When challenged about the impact restricting the vote would have on racial minorities, Mr Bannon is said to have been relaxed.

"I said, '˜That would exclude a lot of African-Americans', Ms Jones recalled.

He said, 'Maybe that's not such a bad thing.' "

...

Before joining the campaign, Mr Bannon ran far-right news website Breitbart News, which during his tenure ran headlines including 'There's no hiring bias against women in tech, they just suck at interviews', 'Young Muslims in the west are a ticking time bomb' and 'Birth control makes women unattractive and crazy'.

... He was charged with domestic violence against his wife in 1996 but the charges were dropped when she failed to show up for the trial.

His former wife also accused him of saying he did not want his daughters 'going to school with Jews.'

23 people ask the Justice Department to launch a criminal inquiry into its chief, Jeff Sessions

Nearly two dozen people from five states are accusing Attorney General Jeff Sessions of lying to the Senate Judiciary Committee about his communications with the Russian government and subsequently trying to cover up that lie, according to a complaint sent to the Department of Justice.

The complaint, which names 23 residents, states that Sessions gave false and misleading testimony during his confirmation hearing in January when he told the Senate committee that he “did not have communications with the Russians.” It further accuses the attorney general of covering up the alleged perjury by directing a spokeswoman to make a public statement saying he did not mislead the committee.

“We feel there is probable cause to charge him with a crime.”

TRUMP'S 'MODERATE' DEFENSE SECRETARY HAS ALREADY BROUGHT US TO THE BRINK OF WAR

FULL STORY

Mehdi Hasan - March 1 2017

DID YOU KNOW that the Trump administration almost went to war with Iran at the start of February?

Perhaps you were distracted by Gen. Michael Flynn's resignation as national security adviser or by President Trump's online jihad against Nordstrom. Or maybe you missed the story because the New York Times bizarrely buried it in the midst of a long piece on the turmoil and chaos inside the National Security Council. Defense Secretary James Mattis, according to the paper, had wanted the U.S. Navy to 'intercept and board an Iranian ship to look for contraband weapons possibly headed to Houthi fighters in Yemen. … But the ship was in international waters in the Arabian Sea, according to two officials. Mr. Mattis ultimately decided to set the operation aside, at least for now. White House officials said that was because news of the impending operation leaked.'

Get that? It was only thanks to what Mattis's commander in chief has called 'illegal leaks' that the operation was (at least temporarily) set aside and military action between the United States and Iran was averted.

Trump's Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin

"Donald Trump Has Pulled an Epic Bait-and-Switch - Putting a Goldman Sachs alum in charge of the Treasury Department proves the Big Lie."

By Robert L. Borosage - FEBRUARY 14, 2017

As Stephen Mnuchin’s confirmation as Treasury secretary confirms, the big lie is Trump’s campaign promise to clean out the “corrupt political establishment” and “to put the American people back in charge.”

Consider Trump’s final ad of the 2016 campaign. As the camera cut from Washington, to bags of money, to Wall Street, to Hillary Clinton to Goldman Sachs president Lloyd Blankfein, Trump indicted the “global power structure” that “brought the destruction of our factories and our jobs,” that “robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth” and “put that money in the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities.” He pledged that he would replace the “failed and corrupt political establishment with a “ new government controlled by you the American people.”

That was then. Once elected, Trump has turned his economic policy over to Goldman Sachs alums and a few other Wall Street bankers who are exemplars of that very “global power structure.”

THE RACHEL MADDOW SHOW 2/27/17
New Commerce Secretary at nexus of lucrative Trump Russian deal
With a line that runs through newly confirmed Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, Rachel Maddow connects the dots between a billionaire Russian oligarch and a Donald Trump deal worth tens of millions of dollars. Duration: 21:44

"Russian fertilizer king is co-owner of the bank of Cyprus, which is known for laundering money for Russian oligarchs.

Fertilizer king/banker has bad divorce. Seeks to hide assets by buying property in the US.

In 2004, DJT buys a property at auction in Palm Beach for $40m.

Along comes Russian oligarch. Needing to hide assets. And in 2006? He pays $100m for the same property. 2.5 times the price DJT paid two years earlier. The single most expensive house transaction ever in the US.

At exactly the time that DJT needed money to help him out with his bankruptcy.

Poof! $60m out of nowhere.

DJT and oligarch claim they never met.

Except through one person, the only American who co-owns the money laundering bank of Cyprus.

That person? Who organized the deal?

Wilbur Ross. Our new secretary of commerce.

And then the last bit: in 2013, Russia started to acquire kompromat on Trump (see: the dossier). Why? Because he was helping Russian oligarchs hide their money, and they wanted to keep him on the straight and narrow.

Now? NOW IT ALL STARTS TO MAKE SENSE."

SEEN ONLINE (unattributed):

Putin controls the largest oil company in Russia. He made a 500 Billion dollar deal with the CEO of Exxon Mobil. Obama put sanctions in place which stopped that deal. Russia then hacked into our government in order to get Trump elected. When the CIA told Congress this in September (James Comey was also in that meeting), Mitch McConnell refused to tell the American people, blackmailing Obama saying he would frame it as playing partisan politics during the election. Comey released the infamous no-information letter. Mitch McConnell's wife was picked for Trump's cabinet. The CEO of Exxon is now the Secretary of State. Wonder why our President has been so quick to dismiss the CIA's findings?.........it gets better..2/...Here are some facts : Decide for yourselves 1) Trump owes Blackstone/ Bayrock group $560 million dollars (one of his largest debtors and the primary reason he won't reveal his tax returns) 2) Blackstone is owned wholly by Russian billionaires, who owe their position to Putin and have made billions from their work with the Russian government. 3) Other companies that have borrowed from Blackstone have claimed that owing money to them is like owing to the Russian mob and while you owe them, they own you for many favors. 4) The Russian economy is badly faltering under the weight of its over-dependence on raw materials which as you know have plummeted in the last 2 years leaving the Russian economy scrambling to pay its debts. 5) Russia has an impetus to influence our election to ensure the per barrel oil prices are above $65 ( they are currently hovering around $50) 6) Russia can't affordably get at 80% of its oil reserves and reduce its per barrel cost to compete with America at $45 or Saudi Arabia at $39. With Iranian sanctions being lifted Russia will find another inexpensive competitor increasing production and pushing Russia further down the list of suppliers. As for Iranian sanctions, the 6 countries lifting them allowing Iran to collect on the billions it is owed for pumping oil but not being paid for it. These billions Iran can only get if the Iranian nuclear deal is signed. Trump spoke of ending the deals which would cause oil sales sanctions to be reimposed, which would make Russian oil more competitive. 7) Rex Tillerson (Trump's pick for Secretary of State) is the head of ExxonMobil, which is in possession of patented technology that could help Putin extract 45% more oil at a significant cost savings to Russia, helping Putin put money in the Russian coffers to help reconstitute its military and finally afford to mass produce the new and improved systems that it had invented before the Russian economy had slowed so much. 8) Putin cannot get access to these new cost saving technologies OR outside oil field development money, due to US sanctions on Russia, because of its involvement in Ukrainian civil war. 9) Look for Trump to end sanctions on Russia and to back out of the Iranian nuclear deal, to help Russia rebuild its economy, strengthen Putin and make Tillerson and Trump even richer, thus allowing Trump to satisfy his creditors at Blackstone. 10) With Trump's fabricated hatred of NATO and the U.N., the Russian military reconstituted, the threat to the Baltic states is real. Russia retaking their access to the Baltic Sea from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and threatening the shipping of millions of cubic feet of natural gas to lower Europe from Scandinavia, allowing Russia to make a good case for its oil and gas being piped into eastern Europe. Sources: Time Magazine, NY Times, The Atlantic, The Guardian UK......phew.....did you make it thru all of that?...

That's not all of it. There is way more. Wilbur Ross and others have ties to Russia as well. I'll lay it all out for you. In 1996 Trump started looking to Russia for Business opportunities. He also got involved with the Russian mob and others. Fast forward to 2012 when Rex Tillerson signed a 500 billion dollar deal between Exxon and Putin's Rosneft. The next year Trump was in Russia for the Miss Universe pageant. Trump had already met Putin and had a relationship with him. In fact there is video of him stating that fact. He lied when he said he didn't. He also is heavily in debt to Blackstone group which is run by Russian oligarchs. Another fact American banks will not lend to him. He is a liar and a thief. He is also heavily in debt to Germany's Deutsch bank which just was busted in a money laundering with the Russians. Gen Flynn was not the only one talking to the Russians while the campaign was on going. Tillerson is a Putin buddy and your new Secretary of State. Trump just signed an executive order allowing oil companies to hide payments to foreign governents. Obama blocked that when he became president. This helped get the deal between Exxon and Putin back on track by lifting that law. Gen Flynn who resigned made numerous visits to Russia, he also violated the Hatch act and Logan act by going to the Russian embassy after Obama added more sanctions. They have him on video and 5 phone calls to the deputy ambassador. This is small potatoes to the fact Trump compromised four intelligence assets including the head of Russia's Moscow bureau of their FSB or new KGB. He was also the guy who helped write the Trump dossier and was found with three bullets in the back of his head. Trump also along with his regime set up his cabinet picks to destroy the very institutions they are to lead. The GOP already introduced legislation to eliminate the EPA and Education department. Trump jr just got back from doing speaking at a Russian think tank making 50k for doing so. Wilbur Ross our new Commerce Secretary also has ties with Russia so do Steven Bannon and others in the regime including Carter Page who met with the ambassador who is also one of Russia's top spies and a recruiter for Russia. With Tillerson and the Exxon deal Trump will get 19.5% of Rosneft which is sitting in the Cayman Islands as I type this. They are waiting to see who tries to collect. You will see a ton of new stories with Sessions who lied as there are more than two meetings with the ambassador. In fact Sessions used campaign money to go meet him. They also hid the ambassador as media was watching and took the ambassador for a secret meeting at Trump Tower during the elecxtion. All high treason. Mnuchin the Treasury Secretary also has huge ties to Russia. And Trump and Putin are of the same temperment. Narcissitic demagogues that aspuse authotarianism. That is it in a nutshell. All of that is out there on the net and the CIA and FBI have way more. In fact a senior Intelligence official said Trump is compromised and a traitor and he will die in jail. I left out a couple other facts. One being the reason Putin invaded Ukraine was really because after the pro-Russian government was toppled The Ukrainians started taxing the natural gas going through the pipelines in their country to Eastern and Western Europe. They threw in the Russian speaking Ukrainians as a sideshow. Syria was also about pipelines. One being Syria from Iran to Europe. The other was from Saudi Arabia through Syria to Europe. And all the materials workers etc. Oh by the way Wilbur Ross is also connected to banks in Cyprus which are Russian tax havens. He is also connected to the Russian mob. The FBI has wiretaps in Trump tower because a server there is connected directly to a Russian bank Apha bank. It was connected through the campaign and election. Also Trump is building a tower in Azerbaijan with a family dubbed the Corleone's of the Caspian Sea. They are directly linked to Iran's Revolutionary Guard.

Report: judge-granted FISA warrant defined Donald Trump as a Russian agent of influence

By Bill Palmer | March 26, 2017

Four and a half months ago, former British Parliament member and current political journalist Louise Mensch reported that she had an inside source confirming a FISA eavesdropping warrant which covered the Donald Trump’s campaign ties to Russia. It was met with skepticism by some at the time, but events have since unfolded to vindicate her original reporting and sourcing. Now Mensch is finally able to reveal the four Trump campaign people covered in the warrant – and Donald Trump himself is one of them.

As Mensch reported at the time, a judge issued the warrant against two Russian banks for alleged money laundering, not against any individual people – but four people from the Trump campaign were named within that warrant (source: Heat Street). Now that Congressman Devin Nunes has announced on live television this week that someone in the White House is under surveillance, and now that Boris Epshteyn has abruptly resigned from the White House in the fallout from it, Mensch is confirming that Epshteyn was one of the four people named in the warrant. But it’s one of the other three names that sets off the biggest alarms.

In addition to Boris Epshteyn, the other three people in the Trump campaign who were named in the FISA warrant were Carter Page, Paul Manafort, and Donald Trump himself. For these four men to have been named in the FISA warrant granted by the judge, they would need to have been considered Russian agents, or Russian agents of influence.

Boris Epshteyn Named in July FISA Application; Did Nunes Obstruct Justice?

MARCH 27, 2017 ~ PATRIBOTICS

On November 7th, I reported at Heat Street that the FBI had obtained a FISA warrant covering the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia.

I reported that the FISA warrant had been granted after an earlier, failed application to the court in the summer named Trump and “at least three other men, who have either formed part of his campaign or acted as his media surrogates“.

Those names, sources said, were Donald Trump, with Paul Manafort and Carter Page (two men that had formed part of Trump’s campaign) and Boris Epshteyn, who at the time I reported, the eve of the election itself, had only acted as Mr. Trump’s media surrogate.

Since that time, Mr. Epshteyn has become a part of government as a Transition Team official and now at the White House and I feel able to be explicit as to the names sources gave me as forming part of the summer application to the court.

It is important to note that the application to FISC made by the FBI in July was denied. The FBI must, by definition, have represented to the FISA court that they believed Trump, Page, Manafort and Epshteyn were either actual Russian agents, or Russian “agents of influence”, which can be unwitting, as Brad C Moss, a national security lawyer, pointed out in my report for Heat Street.

The application that was successful, in October, named two Russian banks – rather than US persons suspected by the FBI to be agents of influence for a foreign power – as it targets- and was drawn more tightly under the ‘minimization’ doctrine around money laundering and financial offenses, I reported. But, the FISA warrant explicitly granted the FBI permission to examine the communications of U.S. persons as they related to this money laundering inquiry. I did not report any “wiretapping” of Trump tower, nor any surveillance; rather, my reporting faithfully reflected the views of my sources that a warrant was granted.

Indeed, rather than any concept of new surveillance, I reported that the FBI had sought permission to examine already existing evidence, provided to the CIA or NSA by allied intelligence services, that related to this inquiry – specifically, to the money laundering inquiry. They previously had been unable to listen to this evidence, or to read these intercepts, because they involved “U.S. persons”. Contrary to the Trump-Bannon bleating about “deep state”, sources indicated that Director Comey was most concerned to follow the law very precisely; “in order that the chain of evidence have a clear basis in a warrant”, as I said at the time.

Two months later Paul Wood of the BBC published a seminal report on the entire Russian war on American democracy, which included further exclusive details on the FISA warrant, which added to my own reporting and made the picture much clearer.

The existing evidence, he reported, was a tape made by a Baltic state’s intelligence service, of Russian money going into the Trump campaign. It was made in April, and involved a US person or persons. Wood exclusively reported a six-agency task force including the US treasury was set up to investigate this. (He also reported a second failed application to FISC in August, something I did not learn from my sources at the time, but which sources have since confirmed to be accurate). Therefore, ‘money laundering’ it may be, but ‘from Russia into the Trump campaign’ is the second part of that puzzle, and explains, we may postulate, why Comey described to Congress his national security investigation as including any criminal aspects. It is why the warrant against the Russian banks was sought in a FISC and not an ordinary court. As had I exclusively reported on November 7th, the case was both criminal and a top-level national security case.

Exposing new and unreported evidence in such a case as (I believe) both Trump and Nunes have done is itself a crime.

On Tuesday, Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch said during his confirmation hearing that he finds the president's criticism of judges' integrity "disheartening and demoralizing."

"I know these people and how decent they are, and when anyone criticizes the honesty, integrity and motives of a federal judge, I find that disheartening and demoralizing because I know the truth," Gorsuch told Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.).

"Anyone including the president of the United States?" Blumenthal asked.

"Anyone is anyone," Gorsuch replied.

˜No Vacancies' for Blacks: How Donald Trump Got His Start,
and Was First Accused of Bias

By JONATHAN MAHLER and STEVE EDER
AUG. 27, 2016

Excerpts:

Over the next decade, as Donald J. Trump assumed an increasingly prominent role in the business, the company's practice of turning away potential black tenants was painstakingly documented by activists and organizations that viewed equal housing as the next frontier in the civil rights struggle.

The Justice Department undertook its own investigation and, in 1973, sued Trump Management for discriminating against blacks. Both Fred Trump, the company's chairman, and Donald Trump, its president, were named as defendants. It was front-page news, and for Donald, amounted to his debut in the public eye.

...an investigation by The New York Times ' drawing on decades-old files from the New York City Commission on Human Rights, internal Justice Department records, court documents and interviews with tenants, civil rights activists and prosecutors' uncovered a long history of racial bias at his family's properties, in New York and beyond.

Complaints about the Trump organization's rental policies continued to mount: By 1967, state investigators found that out of some 3,700 apartments in Trump Village, seven were occupied by African-American families.

Like Ms. Brown, the few minorities who did live in Trump-owned buildings often had to force their way in.

The young Mr. Trump also spent time in Norfolk, helping manage the housing complexes his father built there in the 1940s. Similar complaints of discrimination surfaced at those properties beginning in the mid-1960s, and were documented by Ellis James, an equal housing activist.

'The managers on site were usually not very sophisticated,' Mr. James, now 78, recalled. 'Some were dedicated segregationists, but most of them were more concerned with following the policies they were directed to keep.'

A former Trump superintendent named Thomas Miranda testified that multiple Trump Management employees had instructed him to attach a separate piece of paper with a big letter 'C'on it ' for 'colored'' to any application filed by a black apartment-seeker.

A few years later, the government accused the Trumps of violating the consent decree. 'We believe that an underlying pattern of discrimination continues to exist in the Trump Management organization,' a Justice Department lawyer wrote to Mr. Cohn in 1978.

Once again, the government marshaled numerous examples of blacks being denied Trump apartments. But this time, it also identified a pattern of racial steering.

While more black families were now renting in Trump-owned buildings, the government said, many had been confined to a small number of complexes. And tenants in some of these buildings had complained about the conditions, from falling plaster to rusty light fixtures to bloodstained floors.

Is Donald Trump a Racist?

Excerpts:

Another revealing moment came in 1989, when New York City was convulsed by the 'Central Park jogger' case, a rape and beating of a young white woman. Five black and Latino teenagers were arrested.

Trump stepped in, denounced Mayor Ed Koch's call for peace and bought full-page newspaper ads calling for the death penalty. The five teenagers spent years in prison before being exonerated. In retrospect, they suffered a modern version of a lynching, and Trump played a part in whipping up the crowds.

As Trump moved into casinos, discrimination followed. In the 1980s, according to a former Trump casino worker, Kip Brown, who was quoted by The New Yorker: 'When Donald and Ivana came to the casino, the bosses would order all the black people off the floor.' ¦ They put us all in the back.'

In 1991, a book by John O'Donnell, who had been president of the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, quoted Trump as criticizing a black accountant and saying: 'Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. '¦ I think that the guy is lazy. And it's probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that. It's not anything they can control.' O'Donnell wrote that for months afterward, Trump pressed him to fire the black accountant, until the man resigned of his own accord.

Trump eventually denied making those comments. But in 1997 in a Playboy interview, he conceded 'the stuff O'Donnell wrote about me is probably true.'

The recent record may be more familiar: Trump's suggestions that President Obama was born in Kenya; his insinuations that Obama was admitted to Ivy League schools only because of affirmative action; his denunciations of Mexican immigrants as, “in many cases, criminals, drug dealers, rapists”; his calls for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States; his dismissal of an American-born judge of Mexican ancestry as a Mexican who cannot fairly hear his case; his reluctance to distance himself from the Ku Klux Klan in a television interview; his retweet of a graphic suggesting that 81 percent of white murder victims are killed by blacks (the actual figure is about 15 percent); and so on.

Trump has also retweeted messages from white supremacists or Nazi sympathizers, including two from an account called @WhiteGenocideTM with a photo of the American Nazi Party's founder.

Here we have a man who for more than four decades has been repeatedly associated with racial discrimination or bigoted comments about minorities, some of them made on television for all to see. While any one episode may be ambiguous, what emerges over more than four decades is a narrative arc, a consistent pattern ' and I don't see what else to call it but racism.

First on CNN: Generals come to State Department defense
By Nicole Gaouette, CNN - March 21, 2017

A small army of retired three- and four-star generals launched a mission on Capitol Hill Tuesday: to defend the State Department against drastic budget cuts proposed by the Trump administration.

President Donald Trump's budget would increase military spending by about $54 billion dollars, while cutting the State Department's budget by $11 billion, or 28.7%, in large part by slashing aid and development funds.

Reducing the investment in diplomacy, aid and development will make the US ultimately less safe, argued retired four-star Gen. George Casey, the former commanding general in Iraq from 2004 to 2007.

"It's important not to see this as just a nice thing to do," Casey told CNN during his visit to Capitol Hill. "It's an important tool of national security policy."

Trump's budget plan has EPA bracing for cuts

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump will sign a sweeping executive order Tuesday at the Environmental Protection Agency, which looks to curb the federal government's enforcement of climate regulations by putting American jobs above addressing climate change.

The order represents a clear difference between how Trump and former President Barack Obama view the role the United States plays in combating climate change, and dramatically alters the government's approach to rising sea levels and temperatures -- two impacts of climate change.

Tuesday's order will initiate a review of the Clean Power Plant initiative, rescind the moratorium on coal mining on US federal lands and urge federal agencies to "identify all regulations, all rules, all policies ... that serve as obstacles and impediments to American energy independence," the official said.

Specifically, the order will rescind at least six Obama-era executive orders aimed at curbing climate change and regulating carbon emissions, including Obama's November 2013 executive order instructing the federal government to prepare for the impact of climate change and the September 2016 presidential memorandum that outlined the "growing threat to national security" that climate change poses.

The executive order also represents the greatest fears climate change advocates had when Trump was elected in November 2016.

"These actions are an assault on American values and they endanger the health, safety and prosperity of every American," Tom Steyer, the president of NexGen Climate, said in a statement. "Trump is deliberately destroying programs that create jobs and safeguards that protect our air and water, all for the sake of allowing corporate polluters to profit at our expense."

Andrew Steer, CEO of the World Resources Institute, said that the executive order shows Trump is "failing a test of leadership to protect Americans' health, the environment and economy."

Puget Sound. Funding for restoration work in the country's second-largest estuary would be cut from $28 million to $2 million.

The Great Lakes. Funding to combat algae blooms, invasive species and other water pollution problems in the world's largest group of freshwater lakes would be cut from $300 million to $10 million.

The Chesapeake Bay. Funding for restoration in the country's largest estuary would be cut from $73 million to $5 million.

Research on endocrine disruptors. The EPA's work studying chemicals that can interfere with the body's reproductive and developmental systems would nearly be eliminated, dropping from $7.5 million to $445,000.

Diesel emissions. Since 2008, the EPA has issued grants to accelerate the country's transition from old, dirty diesel engines to cleaner burning trucks and equipment. They've been responsible for most of Oregon's progress in addressing cancer-causing diesel soot, a major air pollution source.

Beach water quality testing. The EPA spends about $9.5 million to fund state testing of bacteria levels at beaches around the country. In Oregon, it funds state testing during the summer. That would be eliminated.

The U.S.-Mexico border. Sewage and garbage from Mexico frequently sweeps into San Diego during winter rainstorms. The EPA has funded work there to slow the flood of garbage into the Pacific Ocean. Its program to address problems like that would be cut from $3 million to $275,000.

Environmental education. The EPA spends $8.7 million annually on programs to educate children. Spending on them would be cut to $555,000.

Trump directs EPA to begin dismantling clean water rule
by Evan Halper

President Trump stepped up his attack on federal environmental protections Tuesday, issuing an order directing his administration to begin the long process of rolling back sweeping clean water rules that were enacted by his predecessor.

The order directing the Environmental Protection Agency to set about dismantling the Waters of the United States rule takes aim at one of President Obama’s signature environmental legacies, a far-reaching anti-pollution effort that expanded the authority of regulators over the nation’s waterways and wetlands.

"Chlorpyrifos (IUPAC name: O,O-diethyl O-3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-yl phosphorothioate) is a crystalline organophosphate insecticide, acaracide and miticide. It was introduced in 1965 by Dow Chemical Company and is known by many trade names including Dursban, Lorsban, Bolton Insecticide, Nufos, Cobalt, Hatchet, and Warhawk [5]. It acts on the nervous system of insects by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase.

Chlorpyrifos is moderately toxic to humans, and exposure has been linked to neurological effects, persistent developmental disorders and autoimmune disorders. Exposure during pregnancy retards the mental development of children, and most home use was banned in 2001 in the U.S.[6] In agriculture, it is "one of the most widely used organophosphate insecticides" in the United States, according to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and before being phased out for residential use was one of the most used residential insecticides.[7] On March 29, 2017, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt denied a petition to ban chlorpyrifos."

By Tim Skoczek, The Axe Files - April 1, 2017

McCain said he found "appalling" Trump's assertion in an interview earlier this year that the US lacked the moral standing to question Russian President Vladimir Putin's human rights abuses. "We've got a lot of killers. What do you think, our country's so innocent?" Trump said at the time.

"To state that there's some moral equivalency between an imperfect nation -- that's the United States of America -- and Vladimir Putin is appalling," McCain responded.

The vast majority of those on Medicaid work already -- many of them work two or three jobs, just to make ends meet. Those who don't may be struggling to find a job, have a disability, or are caretakers for a loved one at home.

Requiring work in exchange for healthcare is nothing more than an attempt to punish people for being poor.
